From the look of the contract on the site, it appears that you automatically hand over all the rights to your work forever if your film/footage is shown on the programme.

Do you really want to do that?

It's not at all serious. They just want you to send in like 2 minute clips of stupidness. If you've never seen the show, you're missing out.

Now it's all stale, a pastiche on itself.

They should re-run Chew've Been Framed and all the early stuff when the format was much much fresher. Maybe I just got old.
